       by the said Charles Homewood at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents the receipt hereof he doth hereby acknowledge Hath Granted Bargained
       Sold Aliened Released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Charles Homewood his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever  One hundred and Ninety Acres of Land being part of a
       Tract or Parcel of Land called Leonards Neck Scituate lying and being in Ann
       Arundel County aforesaid on the South Side of Magotty River formerly granted
       to Henry Woolchurch and which was heretofore devised to a certain Charles
       Todd by his Father Lance Todd together with all and Singular the Edifices
       Improvements Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or which was
       deemed to belong to the same and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and every part and parcel thereof
       and also all the Estate Right Title Trust Interest use Profit Claim and demand
       whatsoever both in Law or Equity of the Said John Brice To Have and to hold
       the said Tract or Parcel of Land with the Edifices Improvements and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging and all and Singular other the Premisses herein
       before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and every Part and Parcel thereof unto the said
       Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns and to the only proper Use and Behoof
       of the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for
       no other Use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said John Brice for
       himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Doth Covenant grant and
       Agree to and with the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns by these
       Presents that he the said John Brice and his Heirs and Assigns shall and
       will from time to time and at all Times hereafter Warrant and Defend the
       aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land with the Appurtenances herein before
       Granted Bargained and Sold Released and Confirmed or intended so to be in
       this instrument of writing against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever
       claiming by from or under him the Said John Brice or his Heirs or Assigns
       unto the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness
       whereof the said John Brice and Charles Homewood have hereunto
