(204) Interchangeably Set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year of our Blessed Lord and Savior first above written Sealed Signed and Delivered Jn.o Brice (seal) in the Presence of William Steuart C Homewood (seal) S.t Geo Peale On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus written Viz.t November the Seventh 1760 Then received of the within Specified Charles Homewood Esq.r the Just Sums of Nineteen Shillings and Seven Pence Brittish Sterling Money of England and one hundred and Nineteen Pounds thirteen Shillings and three pence Maryland Paper Current Money being the full and absolute Consideration Money of the within mentioned Deed I say received by me Jn.o Brice Witnesses then present hereunto required William Steuart S.t Geo Peale November the Seventh 1760 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within Mentioned John Brice Esquire and acknowledged the aforesaid Instrument of Writing to be his proper Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Specified and all and every of them to be the Right and Estate of the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of the Same Deed and pursuant to the Act of Assembly in such cases made and Expressly Provided Taken and acknowledged the Day and Year aforesaid 7 sides Recorded the 19.th Dec.r 1760 Before Geo Steuart Duty p.d Maryland fs.t Know all men by these Presents that We John Row L S George Gordon & Alex.r Symmer of Prince Georges County in the Province J Sim Clk aforesaid Gentlemen are hold and firmly bound unto the Right Honourable (Frederick) |
