       Appurtenances to the said Parcel of Land and Premisses belonging or any wise
       appertaining and also the reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy
       and Joseph Janson Assignees aforesaid in and to the said Parcel of Land To
       Have and To Hold the said Parcel of Land and all and Singular the Premisses
       before mentioned and every part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto
       the said Thomas Nicholls Junior his Heirs and Assigns and to his and their
       proper use for ever and the Said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson
       for themselves and their Heirs the said Parcel of Land and every part thereof
       belonging to the said Thomas Nicholls Junior his Heirs and Assigns will
       Warrant and Defend at all Times to come against them the Grantees afores.d
       their Heirs and Assigns  In Witness whereof the Parties to the above Deed
       have hereunto sett their Hands and Seals the Day Month and Year first
       above written

                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t

       Know all Men by these Presents that We Bartholomew Pomeroy
       and Joseph Janson Parties to the within Deed have made ordained constituted
       and appointed and do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint Brian
       Philpot of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Merchant our
       true and Lawfull Attorney for us and in our Stead to acknowledge the
       within writing to be our Act and Deed and the Lands therein mentioned
       to be the Right and Estate of the within mentioned Thomas Nichols Junior
       his Heirs and Assigns forever according to the Form of an Act of Assembly of
       the Province of Maryland in such cases late made and provided  In Witness
       whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and Seals this Eleventh day of
       March 1760
