       Administrators Hath given granted bargained and sold and by these Presents
       doth give grant bargain and Sell unto the Said Charles Carroll and his Heirs
       for ever All that Original Tract of Land called Pimlico lying in Baltimore
       County Surveyed the twenty Sixth day of April One thousand six hundred
       and Ninety Nine and Patented in the Name of Thomas Macnemara and
       for Eight hundred Acres as by the Patent thereof doth Appear Together with
       all and Singular the Houses Improvements Conveniencys and Advantages
       thereon or thereto belonging or in any Manner of way appertaining To
       Have and To Hold the said Original Tract of LAnd called Pimlico unto
       him the Said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for ever with all and Singular
       the Premisses and Appurtenances thereto belonging and the said Michael
       Macnemara doth covenant and agree to Warrant and for ever defend the
       aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premisses unto the Said Charles Carroll his heirs
       and Assigns against him the said Michael Macnemara and against all Persons
       claiming or that shall claim any Right or Title thereto from by or under
       him the said Michael Macnemara his Heirs or Assigns In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereto interchangeably set their
       Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t

       December the 9th 1760  I do hereby acknowledge to have received from
       the within named Charles Carroll the Sum of Five hundred Pounds sterling
       money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned
