x.d      This Indenture made this fourteenth Day of November
       in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred & sixty  Between
       William Roberts of the City of Annapolis Merchant of the one
       part and Thomas Hyde of the City aforesaid Shoemaker of the
       other Part Witnesseth that the said William Roberts for & in
       consideration of the sum of seventy pounds current money to
       him in hand paid by the said Thomas Hyde at or before the
       Sealing and Delivery of these present the receipt whereof he
       doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof & therefrom and of and
       from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby release acquit
       and discharged him the said Thomas Hyde his heirs Executors
       Administrators and assigns and every of them he the said
       William Roberts Hath given granted bargained sold aliened
       released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth
       give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and confirm
       unto him the said Thomas Hyde his heirs & Assigns for
       ever all that Lott of Ground Lying and being in the
       City of Annapolis aforesaid & in the Plat of the Resurvey
       of the said city made in the year Seventeen hundred and
       Eighteen numbered one hundred and nine Together with
       all houses Buildings Gardens ways waters water courses
       Emoluments Advantages priviledges Improvements and
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Lot of Ground
       belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Revertion
       and revertions Remainder and remainders Rents Issues
       and profits of the said Lot of Ground and all and singular
       the premisses with the appurtenances and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said William Roberts of in to or out of the
       said Lot of Ground and premisses with the appurtenances
       To have & to hold the afd Lot of Ground & premisses with
