       of Ground in Fee Simple to him the said Thomas Johnson
       his Heirs or assigns In Witness whereof the parties to these
       presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands &
       affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                     Hy Woodward  (seal)
       in the presence of                                          Mary Woodward   (seal)
       Jn.o Ijams William Stewart

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t

       Nov.r 12.th 1760  Reced of Thomas Johnson Junior the sum of forty
       pounds current money the consideration within mentioned to
       be by him paid to me            I say reced by               Hy Woodward
       Witness   Jn.o Ijams
                      William Stewart

       Nov.r 12.th 1760  Came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships
       Justices of the peace for Ann A.l County the within named Heny  
       Woodward and Mary his wife and did acknowledge the within
       Instrument of Writing to be their Act and Deed & the Lot
       of Ground and premisses within mentioned to be the right &
       Estate of the within named Thomas Johnson Junior his heirs
       and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and
       meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such
       case made and provided and the af.d Mary being also examined
       apart from and out of the Hearing of her said Husband did
       repeat and make such her Acknowledgment as af.d did declare
       that she did release and did by this her acknowledgm.t intend
       to release all her right Title and Estate of in and to the Lot of
       Ground within mentioned to the af.d Thomas Johnson Junior
8½ sides  his heirs & assigns for ever and further that she executed the
       within Deed and made this acknowledgm.t voluntarily & freely
       without being induced thereto by fears or threats of or ill usuage
       from her said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure
