          By this Publick Instrument of Writing Be it known unto all
       Men by these Presents That whereas heretofore the above named Charles
       Todd did execute and perfect a Lease for three years ending the last day of
       November One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two unto Benjamin
       Selby of Ann Arundel County of the Lands mentioned in the above deed or
       Conveyance which Lease is still in full force and uncancelled Now these
       Presents Witnesseth that I the above named Charles Homewood for myself
       my Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns do Covenant Grant and Agree
       to and with the said Charles Todd his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       That the Said Benjamin Selby shall and may peaceably and quietly have
       hold use possess occupy and enjoy the afsd Lands and Premisses mentioned
       in the aforerecited Lease according to the Tenor and true meaning of the
       same Lease untill the Term therein contained shall be fully compleated
       and ended any thing in the above Deed or Conveyance contained to the
       contrary in any wise Notwithstanding and reserving the Grave Yard of
       his Ancestors as a Burial place but to no other Intent Limitation Construction
       or purpose whatever Lastly reserving to myself Such Wife as I shall
       Marry or my Heirs or Assigns full Liberty during M.r Selbys Lease
       to cut down or carry away any Trees of all kinds on the Lands afsd
       at our Will and Pleasure as I have an Absolute Estate of Inheritance
       as is above Specified from the Said Charles Todd for the said Lands
       reserving M.r Selby Sufficient Rail Timber and Firewood during
       his Lease as aforesaid And whereas also in the aforerecited Deed
       or Conveyance there is no exception set down or exprest of a certain
       Pew in the Holy Church of the Parish of Saint Margarets Westminster
       whereunto the said Charles Todd and his Ancestors have always
       had a light from the foundation of the said Church Now the true Intent
       and meaning of these Presents and the said Charles Homewood Esq.r Doth
       for himself his Heirs his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Assigns
       Covenant and Agree to and with the said Charles Todd and his
       Heirs that the said Pew shall be the Absolute Property and Estate
