       or parcell of Land lying in Frederick County in the Province aforesaid
       Being part of Two Tracts one called Snowdens Manor the other Snowdens
       fourth Addition to his Manor Described and Bounded as followeth Viz.t
       Beginning at the Northermost Corner of a Tract of Land called Snowdens
       Manor it being the End of the third course of the said Land and
       running with the said Land South thirty two Degrees East two hundred
       and Sixty Six Perches thence cross the said Land South fifty eight Degrees
       West two hundred and fifty Perches to the North thirty two Degrees West
       course of the said Land still running South fifty eight Degrees West
       into part of a Tract of Land called Snowdens fourth Addition to his Manor
       fifty one perches thence North thirty two Degrees West two hundred and
       Sixty Six perches thence North fifty eight Degrees East Three hundred
       and one Perches to the Beginning corner containing five hundred acres
       of Land more or Less  Four hundred and fifteen acres or thereabouts being
       part of Snowdens Manor and Eighty four Acres or there abouts being
       part ot Snowdens fourth Addition to his Manor  To have and to
       Hold the said Land so as aforesaid described to him the said John
       Thomas his Heirs and Assigns for ever Together with all Houses Edifices
       Buildings pastures Gardens Commons Rents Services Issues Emoluments
       Cultivations and Improvements of what Nature or Kind so Ever to
       the same Incident or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of all and Singular the
       Premisses and Appurtenances and every part thereof to be holden
       of the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees thereof by the Rents and
       Services thereof due and of Right accustomed and Further the said
       Philip Thomas for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators
       Covenants Grants and Agrees to and with the Said John Thomas his Heirs and
       Assigns that he the said Philip Thomas his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       shall and will for ever Indemnifie the said Land Premisses and Appurtenances
       and every part thereof off and from all former bargains Sales Joyntures
       Dowers Titles of Dowers Entails and Escheates Statutes Judgments
