       Sixth Ninth and tenth Depositions hereto annexed were made and
       that George Catto Gentleman before whom the Eleventh and Twelfth
       Depositions likewise hereunto annexed were made and who have
       Severally Subscribed their Names to the said Depositions were
       severally at the Time thereof and still are Justices of the Right
       Honourable the Lord Proprietary of the Province aforesaid for Cecil
       County lawfully Authorized and Assigned and that to all Depositions
sides  by them so Subscribed due Faith and Credit is and Ought to be given
7½   in Justice Court and thereout         In Testimony whereof I have
       hereto set my hand and caused the great Seal of the said Province
       to be hereto affixed this 11.th day of September in the Year of
       our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty

x.d  This Indenture made the Ninth day of August Anno
       Domini One thousand Seven hundred and sixty Between
       Philip Thomas Esquire of Ann Arundel County in the Province
       of Maryland of the one Part and John Thomas of Frederick County in
       the Province aforesaid of the other Part  Witnesseth that whereas
       the aforesaid Philip Thomas Standing legally Seized and Entituled
       thereof for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and fifty
       Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the
       aforesaid John Thomas and himself fully satisfied therewith doth hereby
       Exonerate Acquit and Discharge the said John Thomas and his Heirs
       forever Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Alienated Enfeofed Conveyed
       Remised Released Ratified Confirmed and made over and in order to
       Make unto the said John Thomas an Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance
       in fee Simple by these Presents Doth give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
       Enfeofe Convey Remise Release Ratifie Confirm and make over unto
       the aforesaid John Thomas his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract
