       to and with the Said Thomas Brook Hodgkin his Heirs and Assigns that
       the Said Thomas Brooke Hodgkin his Heirs and Assigns Shall and May
       forever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use Occupy and Enjoy the
       aforesaid part of two Lotts of Land and Premisses with all the Buildings
       and Improvements thereon with their and every of their Appurtenances free
       and clear of and from all incumbrances whatsoever And further the said
       Joseph Evitts for himself and his Heirs the said part of two Lotts of Land and
       Premisses with all the Buildings and Improvements thereon and every
       part thereof against him and his Heirs and against all and every other
       Person whatsoever claiming from and under him and them and also against
       all manner of Persons whatsoever to the said Thomas Brooke Hodgkin his
       Heirs and Assigns Shall and will Warrant and for ever defend by these presents
       And that he the said Joseph Evitts and his Heirs shall and will at any time
       hereafter execute any further or other Deed Assurance or Conveyance that
       shall be Devised Advised or Required by him the said Thomas Brooke
       Hodgkin his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law
       for the further and better assurance of the Premisses to the said Thomas
       Brooke Hodgkin his Heirs and Assigns so as aforesaid to bar in the most
       Effectual manner any Claim or Demand of him the Said Joseph Evitts or
       his Heirs or any other person or persons whatsoever In Witness whereof
       the said Joseph Evitts hath hereunto Set his Hand and Seal the day and
       year first above Written            Memorandum the woods (or secured to
       be paid) were interlined before Signing Sealing or Delivery
       Sealed and Delivered
       In the presence of us                           Jos Evitts         (seal)

          Peter Buchanan
          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit

       Received of Thomas Brooke Hodgkin the sum of one hundred and fifty two
       Pounds ten Shillings Current Money being in full for the Consideration
       Money within mentioned Witness my hand this 5th day of July 1760
