       of the sum of one hundred and fifty two pounds ten Shillings Current Money
       of the Province aforesaid to him in Hand paid or secured to be paid by the
       Said Thomas Brooke Hodgkin the receipt whereof he the said Joseph Evitts doth
       hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully Satisfied contented
       and paid Hath given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and  
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth gibe Grant ^Alien^ Bargain Sell Enfeoff
       and Confirm unto him the Said Thomas Brooke Hodgkin and his Heirs
       for ever all that part of Two Lotts of Land lying and bounded as hereafter
       Mentioned that is to say part of a Lot of Land lying in ^the City of^ Annapolis
       in the Province of Maryland aforesaid being part of a Lot commonly
       known by the Ninety Sixth Lot Beginning at a Locust post in
       the Line of Prince Georges Street it being a bounded post of M.r Crooks
       Lot and running thence North East one hundred and Ninety Eight
       feet with M.r Crooks Lott then runing North West fifty eight feet then
       runing South West One hundred and Ninety eight feet to the Street aforesaid
       then runing with the said Street fifty eight feet to the Beginning and
       also All that Part of a Lott of Land lying on Vine Street in the City of
       Philadelphia in the Province of Pensilvania containing in Breadth on Vine
       Street twenty feet and in Length fifty one feet bounded Northward with
       Vine Street Eastward with Samuel Hastings's Land Southward with
       Thomas Dentons Lott and Westward with other of the said Samuel
       Hastings's Land at the Extent of fifty one feet from Second Street together
       with all the Houses Buildings and Improvements to the aforesaid part of
       two Lotts belonging or in anywise appurtaining To have and to
       Hold the aforesaid part of Two Lotts of Land and Premisses together with
       all the Buildings and Improvements thereon unto the said Thomas
       Brooke Hodgkin his Heirs and Assigns for ever together with all
       Rights Benefits and Priviledges thereunto belonging or in any wise
       appertaining And the said Joseph doth hereby for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators further covenant and agree
