       Three Degrees West eight Perches then south fifty seven
       Degrees east one hundred and ninety five perches to intersect
       the eleventh course of Joseph Waters'es Land then with the
       said Land North forty nine Degrees east eight Perches to the
       twenty second course of the Land called Bite the Biter then
       with the Line thereof to the first beginning containing and
       laid out for Nine Acres and a half of Land more or less
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract or parcel of
       Land with the Premises and Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto him the said John Gaither his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the
       said John Gaither his heirs and assigns for ever and to and
       for no other use or purpose whatsoever And the said
       Richard Snowden for himself and his Heirs doth covenant
       Promise grant and Agree to and with the said John Gaither
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever that he the said Richard
       Snowden and his Heirs shall and will from time to time
       and at all Times for ever hereafter Warrant and Defend
       the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land and Premisses with
       its Appurtenances unto him the said John Gaither
       his heirs and Assigns against all manner of Persons claiming
       any Right Title Interest or property thereunto from by or
       under any person whatsoever And the said Richard Snowden
       doth further covenant for himself and his Heirs to and
       with the said John Gaither his Heirs and Assigns that he
       the said Richard Snowden and his Heirs shall and will
       from time to time and at all times forever hereafter Do
       make Acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made
       done acknowledged suffered and executed all and every
       such further and other Act or Acts thing or things Assurances
       or Conveyances in the Law as by the said John Gaither his
       heirs or assigns or his or their Counsil learned in the Law
       shall be from time to time reasonably Devised or Advised
       for the further and better assurances surety and
