       sure making of all and singular the Premisses hereby bargained
       and sold or hereby intended to be bargained and sold according
       to the true intent and meaning of these Presents  In Witness
       whereof the said Richard Snowden hath hereunto sett his hand
       and seal the day and year first above written
       Signed sealed and Delivered         Rich.d Snowden      (seal)

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit
       Received May the 30.th 1760 of the within named John Gaither
       for the use & in the behoof of the within named Joseph Waters
       a Deed of Release on nine acres & a half of Land being the
       consideration expressed in the within Deed as Witness my
       hand                                          Rich.d Snowden
          Teste

                                        On the 30.th day of May 1760 came the
       within named Richard Snowden before us the subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices for Annarundel County
       and acknowledged the within instrument to be his
       Act and Deed and the Land and premises thereunto
       be the Right and Estate of the within named John
       Gaither his heirs and assigns according to the true
       intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in that case made and Provided
                                  Taken and Acknowledged before us
