       That the said Richard Snowden for and in consideration of the
       sum of Two pounds sixteen shillings sterling to him paid or secured
       to be paid the receipt whereof he the said Richard Snowden doth
       acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied contented
       and paid Hath given granted bargained and sold aliened Released
       and confirmed and by these presents doth Give grant Bargain sell
       Alien release and confirm unto him the said John Gaither his heirs
       and Assigns for ever All his the said Richard Snowden Right
       Title Interest and Property of in and to all that Tract or parcel of
       Land called  The second addition to Snowdens Mannour lying
       situate in Anne Arundel County   Beginning at the place
       where the Line of the aforesaid Tract of Land intersects the Line of a
       Tract of Land called Hickory Ridge and running with the line of
       the said Land south fifty nine Degrees east ninety nine perches to
       Axel Warfields part of the aforesaid Land and running with
       his Line reverse south sixty seven Degrees West fifty four Perches
       to the line of a Tract of Land called Bite the Biter then with
       a streight Line to the first Beginning containing and laid out for
       fourteen Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular
       the Premisses and Appurtenances to the said Tract or parcel of
       Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining To Have and
       To hold the said Tract or parcel of Land together with the Premisses
       and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said John
       Gaither his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and
       behoof of him the said John Gaither his heirs and assigns and to
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Richard
       Snowden for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant Promise
       grant and agree to and with the said John Gaither his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever that he the said Richard Snowden and
       his Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times
       forever hereafter Warrant and Defend the said Tract or parcel
       of Land and premisses with the appurtenances against all
       manner of Persons claiming or to claim any Right Title Interest
       or Property thereunto from by or under any person whatsoever
       And the said Richard Snowden doth further covenant for himself
       and his Heirs to and with the said John Gaither his Heirs &
       Assigns that he the said Richard Snowden and his Heirs
