       shall and will from time to time and at all Times forever
       hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be
       made done acknowledged suffered and executed all and every such
       further and other Act or Acts Thing or Things assurances or
       conveyances in the Law as by the said John Gaither his Heirs or
       Assigns or his or their Councel learned in the Law shall be from
       time to Time reasonably devised or advised for the further and better
       Assurances surety and sure making of all and singular the
       Premisses hereby bargaind and sold or intended to be hereby Bargained
       and sold according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents
       In Witness whereof the said Richard Snowden hath hereunto
       set his Hand and seal the Day and Year above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written to wit
       Received May the 30.th 1760 of John Gaither the sum of Two   sterling
       pounds sixteen shillings sterling being the consideration               £ 2  16

                   On the 30.th day of May 1760 came the within
       named Richard Snowden before us the subscribers two
       of his Lordships Justices for Anarundel County and
       acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act & Deed
       and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the
       Right and Estate of the within named John Gaither
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true
       intent and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in that case made and Provided
                      Taken and Acknowledged before us
