(109) Ever remaine in the Peaceable and uninterrupted Quiet Possession of the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assignes for ever free from any Let Suit disturbance Molestation Eviction or Interuption of all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever Unless the Said Charles Todd but not his heirs Executors Administrators nor Assigns they being absolutely for ever debarred and excluded by these presents do of his own proper Cash by Tender in the High Court of Chancery of this Province on the Eleventh day of November which shall happen in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty one well and truly pay unto the said Charles Homewood the aforesaid sum of Thirty pounds Current Money of Maryland with Legall Interest thereon from the date hereof and further more pay unto the said Charles Homewood the Principal Money and Interest together with all Damages Costs and Charges in Current Money of Maryland that is due from the above expressed Charles Todd to John Brice Esquire together with the charge of drawing the Alienation and Release from John Brice Esquire and the Charge of Drawing this present Deed of Bargaine and Sale Alienation and Recording thereof together with all Charges the said Charles Homewood shall be at of all Denominations whatever on the aforesaid Bargained and sold Premisses in Case and Provided the said Homewood thinks proper to make any Improvements together with Legall Interests on the Costs thereof from the time the said Homewood shall make the same And Lastly the said Charles Todd Nominates Constitutes ^Ordains^ and appoints the said Charles Homewood his true Lawfull and Irevocable Attorney firmly by these presents as (fully) |
