       Fines Jointers Dowers Mortgages Exemplifications of
       Recoverys and all Patents Deeds Writings Boundaries and
       Evidences Touching and Concerning the afore mentioned bargained
       and Sold Premisses and the whole and sole use
       profit and advantage thereof and every part Member
       and parcel thereof to and only for the proper use and Behoofe
       of the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and to no other Use Limitation Construction or purpose
       whatsoever any Statute Law Usage or Custom Form or
       want of Form in these presents Either in Law or Equity
       to the contrary in any Wise Notwithstanding and the
       said Charles Todd for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assignes and for all and every of them fully
       clearly and absolutely by these presents doth expressly
       Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles
       Homewood his Heirs and Assignes expresly by these presents
       that the Said Charles Todd the afore mentioned Bargained
       and Sold Premisses unto him the said Charles Homewood
       his Heirs and Assignes forever against him the said
       Charles Todd his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assignes and against all & every other Person or
       Persons Claiming or hereafter to Claime any Right
       or Title to the aforesaid Bargained Granted Sold
       Ratified and Confirmed Premisses Shall and will now and
       at all times ever hereafter well and truly Warrant and
       for ever defend by these presents with a General
       Warrantee well and Sufficiently to be warranted unto
       him the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assignes
       forever as his ^or^ and their sole and Absolute Title and
       Property both in Law and Equity so that the aforesaid one
       Hundred and Ninety Acres of Land more or Less shall hereafter
