(110) fully and absolutely as if the Said Charles Todd was in proper Person present acting and doing the same but to and only for the proper Use and Behoofe of the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns for ever to take up and pay a certain Land Mortgage together with all Interests Costs Damages and Demands thereon by him made to John Brice Esquire or to any person to whom the said John Brice Esquire shall happen to assigne the Same before taken up and paid by the sad Charles Homewood hereby Ratifying and Confirming all the said Charles Homewood shall do or cause to be done in the Premisses as fully and Absolutely as I might or could do if I were Personally present acting and doing the same But to the sole use and proper Behoofe of the said Charles Homewood his heirs and Assignes for ever and to no other use Limitation or Construction what^ever^ In Faith and Testimony whereof both parties to these presents hath interchangeably Set their Hands and Seals the day and Year of our Lord God first above expressed Sealed Signed and Delivered Charles Todd (seal) in the Presence of C Homewood (seal) Joshua Marriott Ann Marriott At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t June 11th In the Year of our Lord 1760 Then received of Charles Homewood Thirty pounds Current Money of Maryland being the Consideration Money afore mentioned and expressed I say Received p Charles Todd Witnesses then present hereunto required Joshua Marriott Ann Marriott |
