       and every of them by these presents to all Intents
       Limitations Constructions and purposes and In pursuance
       and in Virtue of the Statutes of England granted by Royal
       Perogative and the Laws of this Province Expressly provided
       hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed
       Ratified and Confirmed unto the Said Charles Homewood his
       Heirs and Assignes for ever One hundred and forty five Acres of Land
       with the Appurtenances lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       Beginning at a marked White Oak on the East and runs
       one hundred and fifty Perches West to a Red Oak and from the
       said Red Oak South one hundred and Seventy five perches
       to the Bounded white Oak and from the said White Oak by
       a Line drawn East one hundred and fifty Perches to a
       Bounded Pine upon a point on the West Side of the River
       aforesaid being part of a Tract of Land called Leonards Neck
       and also forty five Acres of Land with the Appurtenances
       lying and being in the county aforesaid being such part of
       the aforesaid Tract of Land called Leonards Neck as was
       not heretofore Sold by M.r Edward Gibbs in his Lifetime all
       being part of one Entire Freehold Originally Granted
       by Patent under the Great Seal at Arms of this Province
       to a certain M.r Henry Woolchurch which said Recited dividends in
       the whole amounts and are ^so^ laid out to contain one hundred
       and Ninetie Acres of Land more or less To have and to hold
       together with all rights Profits Emoluments Benefitts
       Priviledges Advantages Houses Outhouses Gardens Orchards
       Avinews ^Vistoes^ Structures Edifaces and all other improvements
       and all Timber or Timber Trees Ways Passages Woods Underwoods
       Water or Water Courses to the same hereby bargained and
       sold Premisses belonging or thereunto in anywise appurtaining
       together with all Jointers Dowers Mortgages Chiographies of
