(10) of Ann Arundel County in the Province aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Philip Turner for and in consideration of the sum of Seventeen pounds Ten shillings Current Money to him the Said Philip Turner in hand paid by the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof the Said Philip Turner doth hereby ^acknowledge^ and himself to be therewith fully satisfied contented and paid Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released Confirmed and made over and by these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Release Confirm and make over unto the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever all that Tract or parcel of Land called Turner's Delight containing Thirty Acres of Land more or less lying and being in Frederick County as by the Patent of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary Dated the Twentieth day of September Seventeen hundred and Forty eight unto the Said Philip Turner Reference thereto being had may more fully appear together with all and singular the Premisses and appurtenances to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any way ways appurtaining To have and to hold the said Tract of Land together with all and singular the Premisses and Appurtenances to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining unto him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns forever and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Philip Turner for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns forever that he the said Philip Turner his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter Warrant and defend the said Tract of Land and Premisses with its appurtenances against him the said Philip Turner and his Heirs and against all manner of Persons Whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right Title Interest or property unto the said Tract of Land and Premisses with its appurtenances from by or under him the said Philip Turner and his Heirs or any other Person whatsoever or by any ways or means whatsoever and the said Philip Turner doth further covenant for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators to and with the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs and Assigns forever that he the said (Philip |
