       Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Grant Promise and Agree
       to and with the said Nathaniel Waters his Heirs and Assigns that he the said
       Samuel Hooke shall and will Warrant and defend the the said Bargained part of a
       Lot of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Nathaniel
       Waters his Heirs and Assigns for ever against all manner of Persons whatsoever In
       Witness whereof the said Samuel Hooke hath hereunto Set his Hand and Affixed his
       seal the day and year above written

                     On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit

       Received the Date within Mentioned of Nathaniel Waters the Sum of Thirty
       Pounds Currency being the Consideration Money mentioned in the within Deed as
       Witness my hand
       Tests   Wil Lyon                                                                  Samuel Hooke

       On the 14.th day of May 1759 came the within named Samuel Hooke before us
       the subscribers two Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and acknowledged the
       within Deed to be his act and the part of a Lott of Land thereby bargained and sold to
       be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Nathaniel Waters his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever  Then also came Cathrina Wife to the said Samuel who being by Us
       Examined out of her said Husbands hearing Acknowledged all her right of Dower to the
       within Bargained part of a Lott of Land to be the Right and Title of the said Nathaniel Waters
       his heirs and assigns and Declared she made such acknowledgment of her own free and
½ sides   Voluntary Will without being induced so to do by threats or Ill Usage from her
       Said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure as Witness our hands
