(11) Philip Turner his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will from time to Time and at all Times forever hereafter Do make acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged Suffered and Executed all and every such further and other Act or Acts thing or things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by the said Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his Heirs or Assigns or ^his or^ their Councill Learned in the Law shall be from time to time Reasonably Devised or advised for the further and Better Assurance and sure making over the said Land and all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtenances hereby Bargained and Sold or Intended hereby to be bargained and sold according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the said Philip Turner hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his seal the Day and Year first above Written Signd Seald and Delivered his In Presence of Philip P Turner (Seal) John Darnall mark Cha.s Bradford On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit Received this 6th day of April 1759 of Brice Thomas Beale Worthington the sum of Seventeen Pounds Ten Shillings Current Money of Maryland in full for the consideration of the Lands within mentioned his Witness John Darnall Philip PT Turner marke On the Sixth day of April Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine came the within named Philip Turner before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be Right and Estate of the within named Brice Thomas Beale Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever and at the same time Mary the Wife of the said Philip Turner who being Privately Examined out of the Hearing of her Said Husband declared that she gave up all her Right of Dower to the Land and Premisses within mentioned unto the said Brice Thos Beale Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever freely and Willingly without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by her Husband according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such cases made and Provided John Darnall |
