       from the south east Line south west sixty perches then streight
       to the maple standing by the marsh containing and Laid out
       for two hundred acres more or Less together with all other the
       Appurtenances whatsoever to the said tract or parcell of
       land Belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
       to hold the aforemencond Land and premisses with other
       the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said Anthony
       Ruley his heirs and Assignes for ever to the only proper
       use and behoofe of him the said Anthony Ruley his heires
       and assignes for ever and to none other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever And the John Davison doth hereby for
       himself his heires executors and administrators and for
       every of them covenant promise Grant and Agree to and
       with the said Anthony Ruly his heirs and assignes that
       he the said John Davison and his heires the aforementioned
       Land and premisses with all and singular the premisses and
       Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said
       Anthony Ruly his heirs and assignes as well from and against
       him the said John Davison and his heirs and from and against
       all manner of persons claiming or pretending to claime
       any right title or interest of in or unto the aforementioned
       bargained and Granted Land and premisses with the
       Appurtenances thereunto Belonging or any part or parcell
       thereof by from or under him the said John Davison
       and his heirs as also from against all manner of person
       or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for
       ever hereafter defend by these presents And further he
       the said John Davison for him self & his heirs ^doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Anthony Ruly and his heirs that he the said Anthony and his heirs^ the aforementioned
       Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       at all and every time and times hereafter shall and
       may peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy
