       possess and enjoy without any let or molestation of any person
       or persons whatsoever and that he the said John Davison &
       his heirs shall and will at any time or times hereafter
       at the reasonable request cost and charges in the Law
       of him the said Anthony Ruley or his heirs make do
       acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made
       Done acknowledged suffered and executed all such
       further and other act or acts thing or things devises
       conveyances or assurances in the Law whatsoever
       for the better and more perfect assurance surety and sure
       makeing of all and singular the premisses aforesaid unto
       him the said Anthony Ruley his heirs & assignes as his
       or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       devised advised or required according to the true intent
       and meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof
       the partie first above menconed hath hereunto interchangeably
       set his hand and affixed his seale the day and year first
       above written
