       To the said Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To have and to hold the said tract of Land together with the
       premises and appurtenances thereto belonging unto him
       the said John Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever
       to the on^ly^ proper use and behoofe of him the said John Worthington
       his heirs and assignes and to no Use Intent or purpose
       Whatsoever And the said Sarah Brice for her selfe and her
       heirs Doth hereby covenant promise Grant and Agree to and
       with the said John Worthington his heirs and assignes for
       ever that ^she^ the said Sarah Brice and her heirs shall and will from
       time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Warra^n^t and
       Defend the aforesaid tract of Land and premises with its appurtenances
       ag.t all manner of persons claimeing or to claime any right title or
       interest unto the af.d tract of Land and premises with its appurtenances
       from by or under her the said Sarah Brice her heires and assignes
       and the said Sarah Brice doth further covenant for her selfe
       and her heires and promise grant and agree to and with the
       said John Worthington his heirs and assignes that she the said
       Sarah Brice and her heires shall and will from time to time
       and at all times forever hereafter Doe make acknowledge
       suffer and execute or cause to be made done acknowledged
       suffered and executed all and every such further and other act
       or acts thing or things assurances or conveyances in the Law as by
       the said John Worthington his heirs and assignes or his or their
       Councill Learnd in the Law shall be from time to time reasonably
       Devised or advised for the further and Better Assurance Suretie and
       sure makeing of all and singular the premises thereby bargaind
       and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold according
       to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents In Wittness
       whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeable
       sett to their hands and affixed their seales the day and year
       first above Written
