                   This Indenture Made this 9.th day of May in the
       year of our Lord God seventeen hundred and Twenty Between
       Sarah Brice of Ann Arundell County Wid.o of the one part and
       John Worthington of the same county Merchant of the other part
       Wittnesseth that the said Sarah Brice for and in consideration
       of the Naturall Love and Affection which the said Sarah Brice
       doth bear unto the said John Worthington her son and for and in
       consideration of the sume of five shill.s sterl to her ^in^ hand paid by
       the said John Worthington att and before the ^En^sealing and
       Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof ^she^ the said Sarah Brice
       Doth hereby acknowledge and her selfe to be therewith fully
       satisfied contented and paid Hath Granted bargained sold aliened
       released and confirmed and by these presents Doth Grant bargain
       sell alien Release and Confirme unto the said John Worthington
       and to his heirs and assignes for ever All that tract of land
       called Nathaniells park Lyeing in Baltemore County on the
       North side of the falls of Patapscoe in the Woods Begining at a
       bounded red oak and hiccory standing on a hill running North
       West One hundred and fifty perches to a white Oak by a run or
       Branch it being the first bound Tree of John Brices share
       thence with John Brices Giveing line North East and by East
       half East four hundred and fifty perches to a Bounded hiccory
       of the said Brices on the side of a hill then North East and by
       North sixty perches to a Bounded Oake then south east and
       by east a quarter easterly one hundred ^and sixty^ perches then south
       south West half a point Westerly Ninety six perches then
       south West and by south half West one hundred and eighty
       perches to three bounded oaks Marked with marking Irons
       the first Letters of John Brice ^and^ Nathaniell Stinsicombs names
       so with a streight Line to the first red Oak and hiccory
       quantity six hundred Acres of Land more or Less together
       with all and singular the premisses and appurtenances to
