76) person deriving any Claim from by or under them them or either of them their or either of their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes And that the afd one hundred & eighty seven Acres of Land part of the afd tract shall be by them the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby and Mary his Wife or one of them or their Heirs or some of them warranted & Defended against all Incumbrances whatsoever The rents and Levys ^services^ hereafter growing Due & payable to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the premisses only excepted & foreprized And that the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby & Mary his Wife shall & will at any time or times within seven Years execute any further or other conveyance that shall be reasonably advised Devised or required by the said William Meades and John Meades their Heirs or Assignes so that such Deed be at their own proper cost and charges and do not extend further than to make them the said William & John Meades a Generall Warrantee to the afd one hundred & eighty seven Acres of Land And to make over only the Right which they the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby & Mary his Wife have or hath of in & to the whole tract of land called Saint Martins In Wittness & Whereof the partys to these presents first within mentioned interchangeably have sett to their Hands and affixed their seales the day & Year first within written this Mark Tho (seale) Padgett John (seal) Baggby The Mark Mary (seal) Baggby |
