       one hundred & eighty seven acres of Land part of the
       afs.d tract called Saint Martins ^as afd^ with all & singular
       the appurtenances thereunto belonging and that
       the said William Meads & John Meads their
       Heirs & Assignes & either of them shall & may for
       ever hereafter have hold & peaceably possess and
       enjoy all the afd tract of Land & premisses without
       any interruption or hindrance of him the
       said Thomas Padgett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
       of him the said John Baggby & Mary
       his Wife or their Heirs Exect.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or either
       of them or either of their Heirs ^Ex.rs^ Adm.rs or Assignes
       And that the afd one hundred & eighty seven acres of
       Land part of the afd tract is free & Clear from all Incumbrances
       whatsoever And the said Thomas
       Padgett John Baggby & Mary his Wife for themselves
       & either of them their & either of their ^Heirs^ Execut.rs
       & Adm.rs or Assignes doth by these presents further covenant
       & agree to & with the said William Meades
       and John Meades their Heirs & Assignes that they
       the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby & Mary his
       Wife & every of them & every of their Heirs Execut.rs
       and Administ.rs from time to time & all times for ever
       hereafter shall & will warrant & for ever defend y.e
       afd one hundred & eighty seven Acres of Land of from
       and against any Claim title Interest or Demand
       of them the said Thomas Padgett John Baggby
       and Mary his Wife & either of them their & either
       of their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & all other persons whatsoever
       without any exception or reservation and
       allso that they will warrant & Defend all the
       whole tract against themselves & their Heirs &
