       Pmisses and every part & pcell thereof to hold all
       and singular the said peices pcells or Tract of Land
       Mill and Pmisses & every part & pcell thereof and
       unto him the said Charles Beane his heirs and assignes
       for ever to the only use & behoof of him the said Charles
       Beane his heirs & assignes for And wheras
       the said James Martin dyed intestate as aforesaid
       and thereupon by Vertue of the Statute of Distributions
       he the said Tho.s Pennington be came well entituled
       to a moyety or a half part of all his personall estate
       he the said Tho.s Pennington for the considerations
       in the said recited indenture also menconed did
       fully & absolutely Grant Bargain Sell Assigne
       Transferr & Sett Over unto the said Charles Beane
       all & singular one ^full^ moiety or half part of all the
       personall estate late of him the said James Martin
       in S.t Maries County af.d in the s.d Province of
       Maryland or in any other parts of North America
       af.d ^or^ in any other part of the full moiety or half
       part of ^all^ the said personall estate late & of him the s.d
       James Martain unto the said Charles Bean his ex.rs
       adm.rs & assignes to his & thereon ^own^ proper use and
       behoof for ever as in & by the same indenture may
