       constituted & appointed & by these presents do make
       ordain constitute & appoint Tho.s Humpherys of the
       Inner Temple Gent now bound on a Voyage to
       Maryland my true & Lawfull att.rny for me &
       in my name & for my use to aske demand sue
       for recover and receive of & from all & every such
       person & persons w.tsoever All and every Debt
       & Debts sume & sumes of money now Due Owing
       or belonging or which shall or may at any
       Time hereafter Grow due or belong unto me
       as Owner ^or^ possessor of the said two peices pcells
       or Tracts of Land mill & pmisses for or on account
       of Rent or any Other Dues or demands due or
       issueing thereout or which at any time heretofore
       was or were Due Owing or belonging unto the said  
       Tho.s Pennington deced in his life for or on account
       of Rents or Arrearages of Rents or any other
       Dues or Demand due or issueing out of the s.d
       two severall peices parcells or Tracts of Land Mill
       and premisses and also one moity of all & every
       Debt & Debts sume & sums of money whatsoever
