       & heredittam.ts of him the said Tho.s Pennington
       which formerly was the estate of him the said James
       ^Martin^ scituate lying & being in S.t Maries County aforesaid

       anywise appertaining & the Revertion & Revertions
       Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & proffits
