                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed is endorsed Viz.t

       Memorand.m that before the Ensealing & Delivery of the Deed
       within Mentoned Charles Carroll within mentioned hath agreed
       as by these he doth for himself his heires & assignes agree to and
       w.th Charles Turner his heires & assignes that in case
       the said Charles his heires or assignes shall pay & satisfy
       unto the said Charles Carroll his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
       the consideration money within mentioned with the
       Legall Interest thereon at any time within five months
       from the date hereof or give & pass satisfactory security
       for the payment thereof that then the within Deed
       and every clause therein contained shall be void In
       wittness whereof the s.d Charles Carroll hath set his
       hand & affixed his seall the day & year within mentioned
       Sealed & Del.d in the
