X.d                   Articles of Agreement Indented Concluded on And
                         agreed by and between Mary Eagle of Ann Arundell
                         County of the one part and John Orrick of Baltemore
                         County Planter of the other part are as follows Viz.t


             That the said Mary Doth and Hath by these Psents out of the
       Natural Love and Affection which she hath for the said John Orrick her  
       Son And for the considerations hereafter to be menconed give and make over
       unto the said John Orrick the Severall Negroes following Viz.t Jack Moll
       Jenny Hannah Kate Sue Chance and Sampson As also all the residue
       and remaining part of the Psonall Estate whereof the Said Mary Eagle
       stands ^now^ posest or in any wise entituled to To have and to hold the Same
       Negroes & personall estate to him the said John Orrick his ex.rs adm.rs &
       assigns  And it is agreed by & between the parties to these presents that
       the said John Orrick his ex.rs adm.rs or assigns shall & will pay the sume
       of Eighty Pounds Sterling to the uses & in the Manner following (that is to
       say) to William James John and Benjamin Sons of W.m Orrick late
       of Baltemore County Deced the respective Sums following Viz.t To W.m
       Orrick Twenty Pounds Sterling to James Orrick Twenty Pounds Sterl
       To John Orrick Twenty Pounds Sterl And to Benjamin Orrick Twenty
       Pounds Sterl ^to be paid them^ where they or any of them arrive to the age of Twenty One
       years But in Case all or any of the said Children should Die before
       they arrive to the age aforementioned then Such Deced Child or Childrens
       part shall fall to the said John Orrick and be the right and property of
       the said John Orrick (the party to these presents) his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs
       without being accountable therefor to any Person whatsoever And
       it is likewise further concluded on and agreed by these psents that
       when the af.d severall parts of the af.d Eighty Pounds Sterl becomes
       Due from the said John Orrick his ex.rs adm.rs or assigns the pson
       or psons who receives the same shall before the receipt thereof give
       such sufficient security as the said John Orrick his ex.rs adm.rs
       or assigns shall approve of in Such Manner as his or their Councill
