540 incumbrances whatsoever have made committed or done by the said Cha.s Turner or any other person or persons whatsoever (the rents & services from hence forth growing due and payable to the Chief Lords of the fee or fees only excepted & foreprized) and further the said Charles Turner his heires & assignes shall & will at all times forever hereafter at the reasonable request & at the proper cost & charges in the Law of him the said Charles Carroll his heires & assigns make doe acknowledge execute and suffer or caused to be made & done acknowledged executed and suffered all & every such further & other reasonable act & acts thing & things device ^and devices^ conveyance or conveyances requisiit in the the Law for the further better & more perfect secureing & makeing over the aforesaid Tracts of Land & premises with the appurtenances to the said Cha.s Carroll his heires and assigns for ever In Wittness whereof the said Charles Turner hath hereunto interchangeably sett his hand and affixed his seale the day and year first above written his Signed Sealed and Delivered Charles C T Turner (sea) in the presence of Mark Thomas Clarke James Carroll |
