       and assigns and from and against all and every other
       person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrent and
       forever hereafter Defend by these presents and the said
       Charles Turner for himself his heires ex.rs & adm.rs
       Doth also covenant promise grant and agree to
       and with the said Charles Carroll his heires & assignes
       that he the said Charles Turner has in himself
       full power and lawfull authority ^to^ Give Grant Bargain
       Sell Enfeoffe release atein and confirm the
       aforesaid Tracts of Land & premises with the apurtenances
       to him the said Charles Carroll his heires and assigns
       for ever as aforesaid and that he the said Charles
       Carroll his heires and assigns shall and may peaceably
       & quietly from henceforth & forever hereafter have
       hold occupy possess and enjoyn the afsd Tracts of Land
       & premises with the appurtenances without any lett suit
       Trouble Disturbance or Inturruption of him the
       said Charles Turner or any other person or persons
       whatsoever and that the said Tracts of Land & premises
       hereby Granted to the said Charles Carroll his heires
       and assignes shall from henceforth and forever
       hereafter ^be^ & remain free and cleare or otherwise
       freely and clarly accquitted and saved harmeless from
       all former and other Bargains Sales Gifts Grants
       Leases Dowers Joyntures Issues rents and all
