       or less which said three tracts makeing in the whole
       one hundred twenty five acres containing according to
       a Resurvey thereof Two hundred forty & two a small
       psell of Land of about Twenty acres sold to M.r
       Charles Hammond out of the said Resurvey forprized
       & excepted Together with all Edifices Buildings
       Yards Gardins Pasturs Timber and Timber Trees
       Woods Underwoods and Apurteenances whatsoever
       to the said Tracts belonging or apertaining with the
       reversion and remainders Rents Issues & Proffitts
       whatsoever and all Deeds Writeings Escripts &
       Miniments touching and concerning the said Tracts
       of Land and premises or any part thereof To have
       and To hold the said Tracts of Land and premises
       (Except before Excepted) to the only proper use and
       behoof of the said Charles Carroll his heires and
       assigns for ever to & for no other use intent and
       purpose whatsoever and the said Charles Turner
       for himself his heires ex.rs and adm.rs Doe hereby
       covenant grant and agree to and with the said
       Charles Carroll his heires and assigns that ^the^ aforesaid
       Tracts of Land and Premises hereby Granted to the
       said Charles Carroll his heires and assigns to and  
       for his and their proper use and behoof from and
       against them the said Charles Turnur his heires
