       and twenty per to a marked oak by a spring Bounding
       on the south by a line drawn North North
       west from the said oak one hundred per to a cove
       called Coopers Cove on west by a line drawn North
       and by East from the end of the North North West
       line into y.e said creek on the North and East by the
       said creek containing fifty acres more or less a
       Tract or parcell of Land Joyning to the former
       Begining att the said oak by the said spring bounding
       on the west by a line drawn south south west
       from y.e said oak to a spring thirty five per on the
       south by a line drawn East South East unto the Land
       of Richard Deaver on the East by the said Land on the
       North by the said creek containing and now laid
       for twenty acers more or less a Tract of Land Joyning
       to the former on the North side of the said creek
       Begining att a marked oak on the North side of a cove
       called Coopers Cove bounding on the by a line drawn
       North from the said oak for bredth fifty ^per.s^ to a markt
       oak on the North a line drawn East by North
       from y.e said oak for length one hundred and eighty
       pearches to a markt oak on the East by a line drawn
       south from said oak unto the said creek on the south
       by the said creek containing fifty five acres more
