529 and heires covenant promise and agree to and with the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes by these presents that he the said William Murphey and his heires shall and will at all times for ever hereafter save and keep harmeless and indemnifred as well the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes for the before mentioned Tract of Land together with all and every the appurtenances thereunto belonging of and from all former Bargaines Sails Joyntures Dower Rents Arrearages of Rent Forfertures and all other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever the rents and services hereafter to Grow Due to the Lord proprietary therefore only excepted and foreprized And the said William Mirphey for himselfe his heires executors and adm.rs Doth further covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes that he the s.d William Murphey his heirs execut.rs or adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all time hereafter for ever Warrant and Defend all and singular the aforementrofed to be bargained part of Land with the appurtenence thereto belonging unto him the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes against all Manner of persons whatsoever in any wise |
