       four perches then North West halfe a point
       North sixty pearches to a bound white oake then
       North and by West one hundred and sixty perches
       to a bounded Red Oak one a small hill then west
       and by south one hundred perches to a bound pine  
       then south and by ear a quarter of a point
       North Two hundred and Two perches then with
       a right Line to the first bounded tree containing
       and Laid out for Two hundred and fifty
       acres More or less which said Tract or percell of
       Land was by his Lordships Letters pattents granted
       to the s.d Wm Mirphey on the tenth day
       of October seventeen hundred and seven referance
       being thereto had May More fully and at
       Large appeare To Have and to hold all that
       tract or parcell of Land afd with all and
       every the appurtenances thereunto belonging
       unto him the said John Earnshaw his
       heirs and assignes And to his and their own
       proper use and behoof for her and to no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said
       William Murphey Doth hereby for himself
