       claimeing or to claime any Right title or interest
       of in or to the same or any part or parcell thereof
       and that he the said William Murphey his
       heires or assignes shall and will at all times hereafter
       Doe make acknowledge suffer and execute
       or cause to be Made Done suffered and executed
       all such further acts assurances or conveyances
       in the Law as by the said John Earnshaw his
       his heires or assignes or his or their Counciell Learned
       in the Law shall be from time to time reasonably
       Devised Advised or Required for the better
       assurance and sure Maikeing of the premisses
       herein before Mentioned to be hereby Bargained
       and sold and every part and parcell thereof
       at the costs and charges in the Law of the said
       John Earnshow his heires or assignes In Wittness
       whereof the partys to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their hands and affixed
