527 x.d Maryland fs This Indenture Made the 24.th Day of July in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred and Twenty three Between William Murphey of Baltemore County planter of the one parte and John Earnshow of Ann Arundell County Tanner of the other parte Wittnesseth that the said William Murphey for and in consideration of the sum of fifty pounds Cur.t Money of Maryland to him in hand pad at and before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt whereof the said William Murphey Doth her hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every parte thereof he Doth hereby for himself and his heires fully chearly and absolutely acquit exonerate and Discharge the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes forever Hath Given Granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth hereby for himself his heirs executors and adminiestrtors give grant bargaine sell alien enffeoffe and confirme unto him the said John Earnshaw his heires and assignes all that part or parcell of Land called or Known by the name of Murpheys Advanture Lying and being in Baltemore County One the south side of Patapsco River on the Draughts of Marly Bridge branch Begining at a bounded red oak standing near a branch and runing west fifty |
