       Together with all the improvements and advantages
       thereon or thereto belonging and the said Thomas doth
       for himself his heirs ex.rs and administrtion
       covenant promise Grant and agree to and with the s.d
       Charles his heirs and assignes all the Land and premises
       hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby
       bargained & sold being onely y.e part of Guill Glass y.t is
       not included in the sale afs.d) against him the said Thomas
       Sharp and his heirs and all these lawfully claemeing or to
       claime from by or under him for ever hereafter to
       warrant and Defend In testimony whereof the partys
       to these p.rsents have interchangbly set their hand
       and seal the day and year above written
