       unto the said Thomas Apsell of Land part of the soceity
       said to contain two hundred Forty & four acers by the
       Name of Guill Glass as by the s.d Deed dated the
       twentyeth day of May one thousand seaven hundred
       and Nineteen may apear and whereas the s.d Thomas
       now fines that a great part of the Land intended to
       be conveyed is left out and has had y.e suervey rectifyed
       and conveyed by Deed bearing date herewith now
       these p.rsents wittness that the s.d Thomas for and in
       consideration of the Land conveyed as afd Hath
       Given Granted bargained and sold as by these presents
       He doth for himselfe and his heirs Given Grant
       Bargain and sell unto the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs and assignes for ever all that part of the afd
       parcel of Land called Guill Glass as afd that is not
       contained within the metes and bounds of the Land
       conveyed for two hundred sixty one acres part
       of the seceity unto the s.d Thomas by Deeds bearing
       dat herewith as af.d together with all the improvements
       thereon and apurtanance thereunto belonging
       to the use and Behoofe of the said Charles his
       heirs and assignes To Have & To hold All that
       part of Guill Glass Not included in the s.d Charles
       Deed or conveyance to the said Thomas bearing date
       herewith as afd His heirs and assignes forever
