       Georges County Together with all and singular the
       Improvements conveniencies and advantages to y.e s.d lands
       or any of them belonging To Have and To Hold the Lands
       and Premisses aforesaid unto him y.e said Charles Carroll
       his heirs and assiges for ever to y.e only proper use and
       behoofe of him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
       assignes And to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       Had the s.d Hugh Riley Doth for him & his heires ex.rs and
       adm.rs covenat promise Grant and Agree to and with
       y.e said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes the Land
       and premisees aforsaid against all Manner of Persons
       whatsoever for ever hereafter to warrant and Defend
       And the said Hugh Ryley Doth for him and his heirs ex.rs
       and adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant and agree to
       and with y.e said Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes
       That he y.e said Hugh Riley his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs
       shall and will at any time hereafter being thereunto
       required and at the cost and charge in the Law of y.e s.d
       Charles Carroll Doe make acknowledge suffer and
       execute or cause to be maid don acknowledged and
       executed and further act or acts assurance or
       conveyance in the Law such as y.e said Charles
       Carroll his heirs or assignes such as his or their
       Councill in the Law shall reasonably devise or
       advise for the further and better assurance surety
       and suremaking the aforsaid Lands and premisses
