x.d  This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of March
       in the Yeare of Our Lord God One thousand seaven
       hundred & twenty three Between Hugh Riley of Prince
       Georges County Planter of the one part & Charles
       Carroll of the Citty of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part
       wittnesseth that the said Hugh Riley for & in     
       consideration of the sume of sixty nine pounds fourteen shill
       & five pence sterling to him y.e s.d Hugh in hand paid by
       the s.d Chararles Carroll the recept whereof he doth
       hereby acknowledge hath given Granted Bargained sold
       allined enfeofed confirmed & made over as by these presents  
       He the said Hugh Doth for him & his heirs Give Grant
       bargain sell alien enfeofe confirme & make over unto
       him y.e said Charles Carroll his heirs & assignes forever
       part of a tract of Land of about Foure hundred & fifty
       seaven acres called Hog Yard Surveyed on or about y.e
       fourth day of February seaventeen hundred and
       thirteen for y.e said Hugh Riley the whole tract
       containing about Five hundred fifty seaven acres
       Alsoe a tract of Land called Gleaning containing about Seventy
       two Acres Surveyed on or about the         day of         One Thousand
       Seven hundred and                                             for and in the Name
       of the said Hugh Riley Also another Tract or parcell of Land called
       Beaverdam Neck containing about two hundred and Thirty acres
       surveyed on or about the Seventeenth Day of January One Thousand
       Seven hundred & seventeen for and in the Name of the said Hugh Riley
       All which three Tracts or Parcells of Land lying and being in Prince
