       Wailes and his heirs the afd two Tracts of Land with
       the premisses and appurtenances unto the said Betty
       Gaile her heirs and assignes ag.t him the said Benj.a Wailes
       and his heirs & ag.t all and every other pson or psons w.tsoever
       shall & will forever hereafter warr.t & by these presents Defend
