       Truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above menconed Betty Gaile her
       heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the full and just sum of One hundred &
       Nine pounds three shill Curr.t Money of Maryland at any time
       or times within the time and Term of three years from the Day
       of the Date of these presents that then this present Indenture
       and every article clause & thing herein contained shall cease
       Determine and be Utterly Void any thing therein contained to the
       contrary thereof Notw.thstanding And the said Benj.a Wailes
       doth by these presents for himself his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs and
       every of them covenant promise grant and agree to and with
       the said Betty Gaile her heirs ex.rs and adm.rs in Manner and
       form following that is to say that he the said Benj.a Wailes or
       his heirs ex.rs or assignes shall and will well and truly pay or cause
       to be paid unto the afd Betty Gaile her heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
       the afd sume of one hundred and nine p.ds three shillings Curr.t
       Money ^of Maryland^ w.thin the time or Term of three years aforesaid and
       it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded and Agreed upon by &
       between the said Parties and the true intent and meaning was
       and is hereby Declared to be that it shall and may be Lawfull
       to and for the said Benj.a Wailes to have hold possess and enjoy
       the afd Tract of Land and premisses for and Dureing the term and
       time of three years afd paying to the said Betty Gaile her heirs
       or assignes so much of the afd money menconed yearly as he
       can accomplish And Lastly in case the afd Benj.a Wailes
       his heirs ex.rs adm.rs or assignes shall not within the afd Term
       of three years pay unto the afd Betty Gaile her ex.rs adm.rs
       or assignes the afd sum of one hundred and nine pounds three
       shill Curr.t Money of Maryland then it Shall be Lawfull
       to and for the said Betty Gaile her heirs or assignes immediately
       after the expiration of the said three years from the date
       hereof into and upon the said two tracts of Land & premisses
