499) William Spinke as Heir at Law to the af.d John Noble which Said William Spinke on the fourth Day of February last past made a conveyance of the above Tract of land and Severall others which are comprized in the said Deed and which Deed was on the Sixteenth Day of April Instant Recorded in the Prov.l Records in Libro p Z N.o 5 fol 425 Relation being thereunto had may more fully & at large appear Now this Indenture Wittnesseth that the said William Maria Farthing for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifteen pounds pounds sterling to him by the said John Bradford before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents in hand paid the Receipt whereof the said William doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth hereby clearly Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said John his ex.rs adm.rs and assigns for ever by these presents hath given granted Bargained Sold Aliened & Transferred And Doth hereby fully clearly & absolutely Give grant Bargain Sell Alien Transferr and Confirm unto him the Said John Bradford All that Tract or parcell of Land lying scituate and being in Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland called & known by the Name of Edloes Adventure Beginning at the first Bounded Tree of a Tract of Land called Brightwells Hunting Quarter and Running thence East North East Two hundred perches then North North West Two hundred and forty perches Then West South West Two Hundred perches to Potomack River so with a Streight line to the first Tree containing and laid out for three hundred acres More or less Together with all the priviledges Rights Jurisdictions & Immunities whatsoever to the Same now belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the af.d Tract of Edloes Adventure together with all the beforementioned premises thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the Said John Bradford his heirs & assigns for ever And the said William Maria Farthing Doth for him self his Heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assigns hereby covenant grant & agree to and with the said John Bradford his Heirs and assigns that he the said William Maria Farthing the before Mentioned premises with their and every of their appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said John Bradford his Heirs and assigns from the lawfull claims of him the said William Maria Farthing His Heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assigns and against all other persons claiming by from and ^or^ under him the said William Maria Farthing or any other person whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever Maintain & Defend In Wittness whereof the abovesaid William Maria Farthing hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written W.m Maria Farthing (Seal) |
