490 Maryland fs Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty Ninth Day of June in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred twenty and three Between Jn.o Pettycoat of Baltemore County Planter of the one part and Tho.s Worthington of Ann.ll County Merch.t of the other part Wittnesseth that the s.d Jn.o Pettycoat for & in consid.n of sixty four pounds sterl Money by the said Tho.s Worthington to the said Jn.o Petticoat in hand paid the Rec.t whereof he the said Jn.o Petticoat Doth hereby acknowledge & thereof and of every part and parcell thereof Doth clearly aquit Exonerate and Discharge the s.d Tho.s Worthington his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs forever by these presents Hath Given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents Doth fully clearly and absolutely Give Grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the s.d Tho.s Worthington his heirs & assignes forever all them two Tracts of Land called Pettycoats Benifitt and Pettycoats Addition lying and being in Baltemore County on the North side the Main falls of Potapscoe River the Tract called Pettycoats Benifitt it being the now Dwelling the now Dwelling plantation of the said Petticoat Begins at the four bounded white oaks standing by a Little branch of a Run called Benns Run Decending into the said Main falls and Runing from the s.d oaks (west) |
