       West sixty perches thence North ^thirty^ five Degrees west one
       hundred seventy three perches thence north seventy nine
       Degrees east two hundred ninety nine perches thence w.th
       a streight Line to the said bounded trees cont.a and now laid
       out for one hundred and eighty acres of Land more or
       less as by cert bearing Date the fifth Day of July seventeen
       hundred and eighteen Referance being thereto had will app.r
       the other tract called Pettycoats Addition lying near or
       adjoyning to the former Begins at three Bounded white
       oaks standing upon a Draft of a Run called Benns
       Run and Runing thence south west forty perches thence
       west twenty p.s thence south west by west forty perches
       thence south by east twenty six perches thence south west
       eighty perches thence north ^west^ by west forty perches thence
       North North west twenty perches thence north twenty p.s
       thence east north east forty p.s thence north by east
       Eighty two p.s thence East South East twenty p.s thence
       North by East one hundred p.s thence west north west
       sixty perches thence north north east half point eastly
       thirty four p.s thence east ninety six p.s thence south
